What amount of description can really explain how pain feels like? I wish to give you the definition but I didn’t find any suitable enough.

And there’s how the result of pain can be a fuel. Fuel that can ignite different reaction. That’s where handling of pain comes in.

Any pain you don’t control can fuel hatred, persistent anger, unnecessary transfer of aggression, bitterness, passion to “show them” — the list goes on. Trust me when I say it’s a shoe I’ve worn in the past.

…but how am I able to handle it now? I simply talk it through — a let it out technique that quenches the fuel. You see that “keep quiet and just forgive” has done more harm than good to some people. Not everyone can just look away — know what works for you.

And when I say “talk it through”, it’s not necessarily with the person who inflicted the pain. Yeah, because talking to the person can sometimes lead to hatred in situations where the person doesn’t accept his/her wrong and society blame you.

So, talk it through with someone who would acknowledge your feelings and give you a sincere feedback. Everyone deserves a friend with good listening ear in their life. Get one and be one yourself!

Also, remember to cry if you feel like. Holding the tears sometime equals holding on to the pain. Cry if you feel like, you’ll use paracetamol and take a shower later. Guys cry ooooo, don’t let anyone deceive you. What’s steeze with a sprinkle of bitterness, hatred and other orisiirisi? The real steeze is being mentally okay!
